The reporters actions frankly don’t matter. What matters is the words and actions of the man we elected to the highest office and his response to those reporters.
And he did exactly the right thing calling them out for what they are. They are NOT reporters. They are Dem propagandists. They should be ashamed corrupting the Media like that and LYING to the American public. They have nothing to do with "the news".
Yes they do. His integrity and professionalism has already been questioned. From the looks of it, people are siding with Trump's response. For the President to be "above it all" is one thing--some of us think that some reporters have sacrificed their professionalism and aren't doing their job.
Like I said, questioning is fine--harassing is something else. Trump is enjoying a 55% approval rate of his handling CV19.
His approval rating for handling CV19 has recently increased now that he is actually appearing engaged rather than dismissive. That doesn't erase the months of prior mismanagement.
Yes, the President should be above it all. At least we agree that he is a poor leader in that respect.

He asked Trump what he would say to American's who are scared. A simple, appropriate and important question given what's happening in America. Trump's response, as usual, was a childish personal attack. Trump was incapable of answering the question because he has no empathy whatsoever.

And what integrity and professionalism has Trump demonstrated?
It was an opportunity for Trump to reassure the public and be a leader. Instead, he reverted true to form as a insecure, self-centered person with nary an ounce of empathy who lashes out when feeling threatened.

Ya know, as many times as I read it, I cannot find anything even remotely wrong with the question. And in fact, Trump the inept could have used it as an opportunity to actually address the public in an effort to allay fears.
The response from Trump on the other hand was atrocious and juvenile.

Under the banner of “ I’ve been right a lot” will be Trump’s endless communication misfires about Corona, concluding with “ I take no responsibility”.
Trump did not create Corona. Trump cannot Control Corona. Trump can’t cure Corona.
He downplayed Corona until the global markets reacted. Precious time was wasted instead of developing and executing a contingency plan to minimally make sure those on the front line had adequate personal protection equipment. No reason the Navy’s mercy ships could not have been put on notice to prepare to deploy, weeks ago. No good reason why there still are not enough tests to go around despite Trump telling the world nearly 2 weeks ago, on 3/6 “ Anybody who wants a test, can can get a test”.
My closest Level 1 Trauma Center has suspended Drive - Thru testing because they don’t have tests. Local nurse and pharmacist with fevers were among those turned away and told to isolate at home.
The absence of an appropriate tone at the top has made a very tough situation worse, much worse.
