Unfortunately, it isn't shocking. But it IS damned disgusting.

Now she's saying she's sorry. Well, that's true - she is one sorry excuse for an adult human being.

Also, the shelter where she got her dog? They're taking it back.

Didn't you notice that she approached him not the other way around? A normal person would have put the dog on the leash and walked off.
