Agreed.

However, I'm not hearing the n-word said anywhere.

Gotta wonder what was going through his head to think he could get away with that
I totally don't support such behavior. I condemn it! He made a mistake in judgement. Don't talk stuff if you are not ready to back it up....nobody in the crowd has his back either.

You can live with this theory that nobody can say it or everybody be should be able to say it, and not just blacks. It's risky business and what is the stupid reward you get for it? Risk vs reward. Basic calculation.

Statist drivel.

Sticks and stones overrides the fictional parchment.

Are you even familiar with that case? It's authoritarian porn. Chaplinsky got wronged.

The racist people I know are now saying the cop who murdered George Floyd was paid to do that to start a race war. They really can't change their narrative no matter what.

And I know for a fact that white guy is really dumb. Where did this happen?

Could be anywhere in America. The racist will be a little subtle next time, not using the N word while abusing a car full of black people. In the long run a valuable lesson.

Texas v. Johnson (1989)
In Texas v. Johnson, 491 U.S. 397 (1989), the Supreme Court redefined the scope of the fighting words doctrine to mean words that are "a direct personal insult or an invitation to exchange fisticuffs." In the case, the Court held that the burning of a United States flag, which was considered symbolic speech, did not constitute fighting words.`

There can be no clearer definition of the N word than a direct personal insult.

What in the hell is wrong with a man who cannot rise above an insult, and as a result will end up in jail, ruining his own life? Just a mind-boggling level of self-destructiveness.

I hope he enjoys his new relationship with Bubba the cellmate.
??????roll off your back????

You lose your **** on city data all the time.

Nope, I am biracial(white and asian). I am also a cop.

If I get a dime for every KO against someone who uses racial slur against asian cop, I would have at least a hundred dollars right now. So far I haven’t earned a dime.

I thought you were referencing...

In any event, words are not a violation of rights. Violence is.

The white guy put his hand on the black dude. There's the violation. Game on and game over.
