In any event, words are not a violation of rights. Violence is.

The white guy put his hand on the black dude. There's the violation. Game on and game over.
Lol, yeah he touched the black guy. Who just previously rode by, in a car loaded up illegally, yelling **** you at everyone, who then jumped out of the moving car and rushed towards the white idiot, yelling at him (threats I'm sure), as the idiot is stuck over his bicycle.

As he rushes and yells at the idiot, the idiot puts his hands up and the thug and idiot simultaneously touch for a second. Then then thug goes full thug. He was never under any threat and the idiot did not even mount a defense.

Thug's lawyer will have to plea out because he can't let that video be shown in court.

There can be no clearer definition of the N word than a direct personal insult.
I don't see anywhere in your link where you can punch someone.

I see types of speech that aren't protected under the 1st amendment, but I don't see where the courts say so then you can go ahead and seriously assault someone who says them.

"Not protected speech" isn't the same things as "go ahead and punch someone in the head".

What would you do if someone called you the C word (not Clara)?

So, they got called a name, lol, and they go and physically assault someone?

What a bunch of frail snowflakes, violent people also, good job keeping that stereotype in play.

Sticks and stones.

And I don't care what happens in your statist kangaroo courts. The video is clear and natural law is clear: you cannot put your hands on another individual. If so, you've forfeited your rights.

That fight happened on Main St, Huntington Beach, CA. I know that street very well.

I am also a cop here in CA. I’ve made many similar arrests similar to this scenario. I can tell you from my personal and professional experience that racial slur, at least here in CA, will not get you off the hook for assault/battery.
