I don’t blame them. Who wants to go into a city that allows criminals and thugs to run wild? Of course, what that means is that the lawless cities will quickly find themselves unable to survive.

Rachel, if that were to happen, do you think anyone residing in those cities, having voted for such inept leadership, would even be able to fathom the idea that they themselves were responsible for their plight?

Yes the drivers are subordinate, but they are not insubordinate...!


Subordinate = a person under the authority or control of another within an organization.
insubordinate = defiant of authority; disobedient to orders.
