How would you know that it's a "man turned woman"? That's just silly no one does an examination of a persons genitals when they hire them, so you probably should get a grip and realize that there are trans people teaching school right now and no child has been harmed by them.
BREAKING: Major win for LGBT rights at #SCOTUS with 6-3 decision that federal law bars workplace discrimination against gays, lesbian and transgender. GORSUCH writes for Dem appointees. ROBERTS agrees. ALITO/THOMAS/KAVANAUGH dissent.
You have to prove discrimination against homosexuality/transgender on the employers part. Good luck with that one. For every law there’s a workaround or loophole If you cant PROVE it, you don’t have a pot to pee in
Hell I have lost out on jobs to other candidates that has a fraction of the ability I would have had for it (and they were generally fired within a year) all because of connections and cronyism. (Relative friend of hiring manager) I was basically discriminated against because I wasn’t a buddy or relative of a hiring manager. Maybe I should run to the Supreme Court since I could probably prove better cause and proof

I am ok for transgender people. I am just worried about the potential for misuse of the laws.
Like the race card, people can play the discrimination card.
To the best of my knowledge, in all my years, I cannot recall anyone ever getting fired from any job for "being gay". Nor can I recall anyone wanting to see someone fired for "being gay".
Now if they are socially obnoxious about it, then firing them for that is an entirely different matter, and one that the SCOTUS certainly did not provide protection for with their ruling here today.
So I guess the next issue will is it legal to ask a persons gender on an employment application. We all know this question is going be added to applications and used to prescreen applicants.
What if you just aren’t hired because someone else is more qualified. What if you are fired because you are not doing your job? Anyone can claim they were discriminated against when in most cases or has nothing to do with your gender identity or sexual orientation.
