What a jerk. He walks past her pushes head and just keeps walking. I can't believe people are out there doing this to little old ladies.
I can believe it. There are people who are just so hateful and so violent as to do things like this. The only thing that can solve individuals like that is a bullet to the head. Their minds are so far gone there is little that can be done (in the short term).

It would seem that as a dark-skinned south Asian man, criticizing a white liberal's post on facebook, (presumedly supportive of Black people?) the message can be misunderstood.
I should’ve stated this appears to be a hate crime based solely on race, but I’m not in the attacker’s head. If they yell racial slurs or have some sort of history with racism, then it would be fairly easy to deduce that is indeed a racially motivated crime. I would say the same thing if the tables were turned. At the end of the day all of these types of crime are motivated by hate, so we are arguing semantics here. I would still support using hate crime legislation in this incident.
I don't like the Hate Crime laws. How do you know what is in a person's thought process, how do you prove a thought crime? Pushing a 94 year old down, is just hateful. Looks like attempted murder to me. Put him in jail and show his room mates this video.
Breaks my heart. Just awful. I truly hope she has some bad ass grand sons who will deal with this.
This has to be considered attempted murder on a person her age. Any fall could kill her, she might die of this.
Will they be labeled "racist" and prosecuted as such if they do anything about it?
