If they already slushed away the first one, there will probably be a 2nd one. Trump and his buddies are 'sluicing' the bailout packages.

please allow me to complete your sentence...

"to bail out their cities"...underfunded city worker pension funds...temporarily.

Pension funds is why the cities, counties, and states are in financial ruin. There will never be enough money to support them forever....they are a ponzi scheme. END all gov't pensions NOW, and America will be much better off in the future.

The bailouts prove that government at all levels has failed us.
