The only reason for a psycharatric or health care provider to administer a cognitive test is when the patient's status is in question. Usually after a stroke or outburst. Biden hasn't exhibited the conditions where a cognitive test is indicated.
Sometimes after a stroke or outburst and more commonly when examples of decline are observed consistently. To establish a baseline. That was at least 2 years ago for poor Joe.
That and: "I should stop there before i say something wrong" when he has lost his train of thought.
That's his go-to defense to hide it when he has one of those lost time episodes, where he forgets what the hell he was just talking about.
In another lost time episode Biden said "I'm going on to long," other times he says I better not go there. Each time he ends the discussion and changes topic.
He's becoming aggressive as well. That's part of the dementia.

This Biden dementia is not working. But I'd rather have a man of compassion leading our country rather than a pathological liar. I consider this to be abnormal behavior and not fit for the highest office. Do you think a pathological liar should be running our country?
