I think Trump got played into taking a cognitive test. He walked right into this one. Its like a lie detector test, if you ever had to take one then your ability to tell the truth got challenged. So he goes down in history as a president who had to take a cognitive test because his cognition was suspect. The Biden campaign knows Trump is arrogant and would take the bait. Good one.

It's one thing to take the test. It is another level altogether to brag about being able to recognize an elephant and draw the hands on a clock. Most four-year-olds are at least that competent.
