They all got up there, one of them CLEARLY on coke and talked about how horrible america is - THIS IS TRUMPS AMERICA right now, and has been for 3.5 years...

How is this uplifting and inspiring at all? It was nice how they skipped the female on the POW bench, mind you with no masks and sitting nice and close.

Just stop it. Norway has 5 million people, a nationalized oil industry that they use to fund their projects, and is protective of their people and culture.
The USA is not Norway. There are more illegal immigrants in the USA than the population of THREE or even FOUR Norways. It is far harder to administer large populations without authoritarian force (see China) than tiny countries who are resource rich and who largely share heritage, race and common goals.
