Any judge that would allow that case to go forward on the murder charges has failed to do his job !!!

Its the judge that would be laughing at the prosecutor on his way out of the court with his tail between his legs !!!

No doubt it will be the biased prosecutor presenting the ham sandwich to the GJ !!! GJ are known to eat that up !!!
However in this case the charges were filed without a GJ !!! So its a moot point !!! What are they going to do, withdraw the charges so as not to taint the GJ ?

A travesty. That is what it would be. Not surprising though, with how crazy our country has become.

Check your motivation for your comment. Personally, if a grand jury indicted I would say, Ok, another step in the world's greatest justice system.

And I'm wondering how you will spin it when the Grand Jury declines to indict....because they end up with people serving on it that are not utter morons, and can empathize with the victim attacked repeatedly by a violent mob.

The firearms misdemeanor and violating the curfew. That is about it. He might have jaywalked a few times as well.

Even the firearms misdemeamor appears to be an issue with open carry of rifles allowed. Did they charge him with breaking curfew? Did the charge the rioters for breaking curfew?
