If he wasn't there with this gun all these people are alive today and he is not facing charges.

Pretty simple stuff.
WI is an open carry state. In another word, it is LEGAL to open carry.

Before you say but Kyle is 17. Did Rosenbaum know Kyle was at 17 at that time? If so, so what? Rosenbaum is not a cop.

Why didn’t Rosenbaum go after the numerous other people carrying firearms, if the presence of a firearm was the cause of the altercation?

Pointing a gun at someone and threatening them is certainly an escalation.

If open carry is legal in your state and you are going after someone because his legal action causes "a reaction", your ass deserves to get shot.

After being chased and attacked it's self defense.

That is simple. He went after the youngest and perceived weakest. That is what bullies do. And after seeing his rap sheet, he was definitely a bully.

Once you are chasing/foot pursuiting after someone, you are no longer a victim. You are now the attacker.

In both shootings, Kyle was the one running away

He had threatened another person before Rosenbaum, he didn't take off running until after he killed Rosenbaum. You aren't a victim if you shoot someone without a gun. Even some of the militia were stunned by his actions asking him what he was doing. Plenty of confrontations that night but only one choose to shoot someone but all the others used judgement.

Why do you keep lying? The video shows the violent bald guy initiate the whole thing and the kid trying to run until cornered

If you watched the entire video he did something on the street corner then took off running with Rosenbaum after him, an eye witness indicated that he threatened him with the gun. The victim did no have a gun. Plenty of confrontations that night but not one other shooting.
