That kid can shoot. Here is my take on all of this. The kid still needs to go to prison and to be trialed as an adult not for the killings, but for taking weapons across state lines is a no no. Is their any liability for the parents in all of this? However the boy did have rights to self defense. He was chased and assaulted by Rosenbaum which than he shot in the head. Than he was chased and assualted by other BLM/Antifia supporters who cornered him like a cat. Huber hit him with a skateboared, Rittenhouse rolled and shot Huber in the chest in which he was killed instantly, than he shot the other dude in the elbow blowing it off. Their will be prison time for this kid. Will he be charged as a minor, or an adult. He should qualify for self defense. However this case is going to be very messy.
His attorney is claiming the rifle did not cross state lines but a friend in WI let him use it. I think the DA has a very flimsy case.
Did you even read the account of what actually happened?
He wasn't a "vigilante". They attacked HIM. He defended himself.
He came walking in from another state with a weapon. For Charlottesville you called them political agitators. For Wisconsin you call them heroes. I dont see the difference. Agitators came from both sides of the issue in Charlottesville and again with Wisconsin. I think anyone who is caught from out of state in one of these riots should be charged with inciting a riot.

How do you know he took weapons across state lines? I doubt you have any proof at all. Then again, we went thru three years of Trump-Russia collusion, and there was no proof.
So this is just more of the same, ignorant speculation, conjecture and rumors replacing facts, truth and reason.
EXCATLY! this boys life is ruined and two are in the grave. HE should have NEVER been there! those making him look RIGHT in a very bad situation... pathetic. I feel bad for the boy- but he made a very bad decision that he must give account for. and calling his bud after the first shots???
AND there is video of trained adult law enforcement officers encouraging these boys -- who may have been illegally armed.
That is disgusting and explains why some folks have no confidence in law enforcement.

Is there proof of this flimsy defense? Lawyers claim anything and a person's word is only as good as the person saying it. Of course a friend right now wouldn't likely sell them out I want to see where the rifle is registered in before I believe what the lawyers say.

I know, it is obvious that bag had something in it.
Ooops, there we go, offering facts and evidence, ruining the ignorant talking points of the left. I'm sure the Marxists, dems and trolls here will complain about this, and cry foul.
