One of the main duties of law enforcement is to protect citizens rights...yet, here is a case of police breaking down someones door, to conduct a search for drugs???
How in the world do they justify this to a judge, in order to get the warrant? LOL
Agreed. That's why I think they settled in order to not expose the ones who okayed the raid.

Do you have a source for that claim?

https://nypost.com/2020/09/23/breonn...iFvWiTW2NA0Tvg This will go nowhere. Wanton endangerment? Lol. Class D felony. Even if he is convicted probation at most. Never should have been charged in the first place. Sacrificial lamb for the BLM mob! They are still going to riot!
The man who shot at police was released and not charged means the police screwed up
More likely the DA and the Judge(s) were frightened by the mobs and begging, "Please, please, don't hurt us or burn our city we won't charge you please please."
Like most other law enforcement agencies (and especially their leaders) are doing nowadays.
