Do you question everyone's legal qualifications here or only those you disagree with?

I don't think they were handing out "gas masks" were they? I didn't see it.

Sometimes people who may not be currently actually engaging in violent or destructive behavior might get some peripheral exposure to smoke ect (police generally don't use actual tear gas) .

But......most of the time this happens when a riot has been declared and a lawful order to disperse is given and people ignore the order.

Once the order is given and you don't leave.......

You're not a protestor anymore......you are a rioter.

When will you libs get it that these people are not peaceful protesters? You cant just separate the good from the bad. If you are marching right alongside people who are fighting with the police the whole mob is complicit. You are either peaceful or not. Cant be both.

They already know that.

Conflation is one of the first tools Liberals reach for after the race card.

And it wouldn't surprise me at all if many of the "peaceful protesters" by day are also violent rioters by night.

I like how people here are quick to decide what someone else "needs" for protection.

Do you make the same arguments about "assault rifles"?

I don't. So long as whatever they're carrying isn't illegal, more power to them. Think I'll go wipe down my AR-10 now.

And why is it that you have a gun - if indeed you do?

I typically question people who make statements like this, especially the underlined portion:
