Shhhhiii. The way I feel, none of us should pay taxes, especially after all this COVID debacle.

Taxation is theft!

It's not the taxes.

It's that Trump is a horrible business man and the sheer amount of money that he lost!

Even I never thought he would be this horrible. Especially in real estate, where any idiot can make money as long as he has the capital. Do you know how hard it is to lose the amount of money he lost with prime real estate? It's unheard of.

For his sake, I hope he straight up lied about the numbers on his tax return. If the numbers are real, holly molly, he would hands down be the real estate investor in the history of mankind.

Trump is on record tonight during the debate saying he paid millions in federal tax in 2016 and 2017 not $750. I'm sure he didn't lie.

All he needs to do is make his taxes public as every presidential candidate has done since the 1970’s and we can stop all the speculating and finally put this to rest.

Has the NYT presented any actual evidence of anything yet?

Despite everyone laughing at Trump, it's surprising how little this debate touched on Trump's tax-cheat status.

I would expect the next ones will focus more on it. Whiny baby Trump will have to step it up not to totally doom his campaign in the next debate. Already losing so many from his own party. Or purposely taking them down with him, who knows?

The silence from Trump is telling.

All he had to do is release one page from one year of his return to disprove NYT and this whole thing would be over and he'd have delivered a knockout punch to the MSM.

He isn't doing it. Wonder why.

Lol, silence is not telling at all.

I ask again, has the NYT shown any actual evidence? Why does Trump suppose to show but not the NYT who is making the claim?

Nobody said Trump has to show anything.

It's just that it's in his interest to do it.... if the NYT information is not real.

Trump can say the NYT is fake news, but usually they are right. He on the other hand, has no credibility, but that doesn't matter to his supporters. My bet is that the IRS is scouring their databases to see who has touched his tax records, if that is where they came from.

Where have you been the last 4 years? NYT has less credibility than the National Enquirer.
