He never even had a vote for Merrick Garland and that was almost a year before the election. Now they say the president's term doesn't end before four years? I have zero issues with them packing the court and nullifying McConnell's efforts while he watches.

.
So you shouldn't have a problem when the GOP does it when they regain power. Before you know it, we will have a 100 justice Supreme Court. This will be fun to watch.

The best we can do is slow the train to Gilead. Or put all the right wingers in Gilead and build a wall; either way works.

It makes you wonder though, if Kamala wins the election and packs the Court, the 1st and 2nd amendment would be gone, the border enforcement would be gone, and who knows what else..

Not nearly as much as the court packing the GOP has already been doing. And anyone who lies and says that's not happening should have their vote stripped. Vote for whoever you want, but own what they do.

oh and btw, I think it's more likely that Biden doesn't want to add justices to SCOTUS but is worried that is an unpopular position among those who will actually vote for him, as opposed to the GOPers who were of course never ever going to vote for him but are desperate to create some kind of bogus issue to try to distract from the sick lunatic in the White House right now

Silly. I heard yesterday that Biden is harvesting organs from living people. Surely we can come up with something more imaginative, like stealing people's Chik Fil A sandwiches.

I'm not being silly. Democrats want PC speech and censorship, gun control, open borders, and everything else that would create a permanent one party rule.

You are just repeating Joe and Kamala's talking points, without considering how stupid they are.

If you want to label what the GOP did as "court packing", then you have to say the same thing for the Obama administration. And the Bush administration. And the Clinton administration. And every administration that came before them

Then the "distraction" talking point? Really? His base wants him to pack the courts, but packing the courts is polling as very unfavorable with moderates and independents. THAT is why he won't answer the question. Everybody knows it.

Don't you think if he plans to pack the courts, that the voters have a right to know that before the election?

At this point, I think moderates and independents have figured out by his refusal to answer "until after the election", that he DOES plan on packing the courts. Or at the very least, has not ruled it out. This whole "distraction" excuse he is giving, is not fooling anybody.

Harris/Biden's refusal to answer, tells me two things.

1.) The definitely DO want to pack the Court, adding lots of new seats and filling them immediately with far-left shills whose goal is to ignore Constitution's restrictions on govt power, and

2.) The know their own voters don't want them to do that, so instead of doing what their voters want, they are trying to fool the voters by not answering the question.

They intend to rule against the will of the people, and do things that even the liberal voters don't want. This a common tactic for leftists. The lied about Obamacare to get votes for it, and didn't reveal the extent of its disastrous consequences until after the votes were counted.
Harris has already said she wants to pack the courts in May

"Everyone's been worried about 'Will the Supreme Court overturn Roe v. Wade,'" California Democratic Sen. Kamala Harris told a Los Angeles audience earlier this month.

Harris said she was open to adding more justices. "I think it's a conversation that we need to have. I am open to increasing the numbers on the Supreme Court," she said, responding to a woman who asked about enlarging the court and prefaced her question with a complaint that McConnell "stole a Supreme Court seat."

100% low information baloney. Looney Tunes dude.

Considering your disposition toward gay people, I bet you were a fan of the Westboro Baptist Church.

The Supreme Court ruled to uphold free speech for them I think unanimously, or maybe it was 8-1.

Point is, the SCOTUS has broadly ruled for free speech even when some groups find it objectionable. That's not something the court sees through a political lens.

And besides, you still have 6 conservatives for life. It will be either 5 or 7 liberals at most.

Oh, really, which Supreme Court seats did Obama fill that were held hostage in the previous administration and not be filled by the duly elected president close to a year before Election Day? And which one did they attempt to shove through the process while people were already voting to determine who the next president will be?

But hey, I actually think I have a right to know whether Donald Trump is currently still testing positive for COVID-19, as well as when he last tested negative prior to the public release of his positive diagnosis.

I think I have a right to know if Mike Pence and Donald Trump have discussed succession planning or when it might be appropriate for a 74 year old sick with a deadly disease to potentially transition governing authority on a temporary basis.

I think I have a right to know what the sitting VP would do if the current President loses the election but refuses to acknowledge that and participate in a peaceful transition of power.

I think I have a right to have it acknowledged by the VP that the current nominee for the Supreme Court has an avowed and quite public history of wanting to over turn Roe v. Wade

Yet oddly enough, none of those questions left unanswered by Pence seems to be an issue to you
