So why did Joe Biden allow Hunter to fly to Beijing with him on Air Force Two? That was the visit where Hunter snagged a $1.1B “investment” from a Chinese fund, a gig that earned him millions in annual “management‘ fees. All a coincidence I’m sure, something every parent has to deal with in a wayward offspring.
....Why did Trump bring Ivanka with him to China a year or two ago, where she just so happened to walk away with a bunch of approved Chinese patents on products her business sells?
If you want to see corruption at the highest levels, you have to look no further than what is happening in the white house now and over the past 4 years.
But sure, let's just sit here on our high horse and throw desperate conspiracy theories out there about Biden, pretending all is well with our current corrupt, mentally inept president.
Soo if we assume this was true....by utterly destroying any chain of custody Rudy Guiliani has managed to utterly destroy any possibility of a case. Assuming of course that these pictures are even there. Additionally he and others have had this for a year.
Giuliani got the information a month ago.
The chain of custody doesn't matter, it merely would corroborate what a victim/witness would say. It isn't like it is the damning evidence itself, but the tip of the iceberg.

Now you are floundering, just like the Biden campaign to explain away without denying that the emails are fake. If I had information on my computer I shouldn't, I would not give it to my IT dept nor to my father's IT dept.

But no one is denying the emails aren't real.

The Steele Dossier passed the smell test?
This story is better documented and better sourced than the Steele Dossier, yet the media just on that. Ditto for the NYT story on Trump's federal taxes; no documentation released, no source, but again it is treated as Gospel truth.

Not directly. The FBI eventually does roll up to the AG, but it would be very unusual for an AG to involve themselves in the day to day workings of the FBI, DEA, BOP, OIG, BATF, etc.

The AG would not direct the FBI to do anything, or should not. Because the AG isn't involved in the day to day workings of the above named agencies, he would be most likely unaware that the Hunter Biden laptop was in FBI custody. I'd be surprised if Director Wray was aware of it. The question is, who was aware of it and what did they do about it?
I've been keeping up with this and didn't see anything about him having nude photos of his niece. The text message referred to in the Boston Herald is a message from Hunter to his father talking about why Hunter's niece couldn't visit him and the accusations made by someone in the family to his therapist.
Rudy G. has turned these things over to the police department.
They gave the 'device' to the FBI
Quote:
“They’ve got a hard drive, or a laptop, or something to that effect. They try to turn it over to New Castle County PD. New Castle County PD calls us,” said Mat Marshall, a spokesman for Delaware Attorney General Kathy Jennings. Jennings’ office subsequently gave the device to the FBI because the federal agency reportedly had opened an investigation into the veracity of claims about the origin of the laptop and how its alleged contents were shared with Giuliani’s team, Marshall said. https://www.delawareonline.com/story...ce/5999345002/
Also, if this was such a "smoking gun", why didn't he provide the same material he gave the NY Post (conservative tabloid) to other news outlets?
Rudy said he didn’t give it to anyone else because any other outlet would insist on determining that it was true before publication.
He gave it to the Post because they don’t fact check, and as per Rudy, even if it isn’t accurate, the public has a right to know(!)
“Trump personal attorney Rudy Giuliani argued on Tuesday that the American public deserved to see reports based off material from Hunter Biden’s laptop “even if it isn’t accurate.”
...
Giuliani recently acknowledged that he specifically peddled the salacious Hunter Biden laptop story to the New York Post because they wouldn’t “spend all the time they could to try to contradict it before they put it out.” Other news outlets have reportedly passed on reporting on the laptop material for fear that it can’t be verified and may be part of a targeted disinformation effort.”
