Wouldn't be the first lie John Solomon told, nor the biggest.

A plus really that this is the stage we've reached FINALLY: "They will be held "in an effort to provide confidence that all of the legal votes have been counted and the illegal votes have not been counted in the November 3rd election," according to a press release." https://justthenews.com/politics-pol...ngs-about-2020

The COURTS determined that what Trump deemed so-called illegal votes (for example, ballots arriving after a certain date) were not in fact illegal votes. Good that that's been settled with few signs of election malfunctions, like the overlooked memory cards in Georgia.

It's highly doubtful that any legislative 'verdict' will work to provide confidence for Trump will continue to be Trump. And some supporters diehard under any conditions. But that legislatures try and perhaps along the way work to better the process is all to the good.

No problem at all if this ^^^ is the kind of news that the far rightwing outlets now are 'reduced' to headlining. It's a heck of lot less exciting than Kraken but much more sensible.

They lost the legal argument, so they put the observers in a location 6 feet from the tables counting the votes as ordered by the court, but then proceeded to move the tables to the back of the facility, thereby preventing the observers from observing in direct violation of the intent of the court order. Who behaves like this? Criminals who have something to hide.

Another example of leftist hypocrisy.... with so many irregularities and so many witnesses providing sworn testimony of illegal activity ... we’re supposed to just accept the results and move on ... suck it up .... this from a group of sycophants who still to this day refuse to accept the results of the 2016 election, evidenced by the nonstop efforts to subvert that election with illegal spying, followed by three years of false narratives about Russia collusion, then Ukraine and an impeachment ....
Since you seem so worked up about this ... I'll take the time to type out a reply. From the above you may no longer be talking about Election night (and the early am on Wednesday)?

Referring to Election night and immediately thereafter ... What happened was that a reporter tweeted something to the effect that nothing more would happen tonight (in Philadelphia). It got misread as the counting had shutdown. The NY Post put out a headline to that effect. It's certainly possible that other outlets picked that up.

The reporter realized the confusion resulting from his wording, issued a correction. The Philadelphia election official to clarify tweeted that the count continued. He linked to a direct livestream showing that.

What added to the confusion was that vote totals per media feeds did stop updating. Once finished with the in-person votes that are fed into media reporting software, there were no updates on the absentee ballots. They are processed in batches. Officials announced the times of those updates, but obviously that was lost in the translation to many.

In other words, the count continued but the reports did not throughout the middle of that night.

Since you want to be outraged there's no point in taking the time for cites, but they are easily available back to the original tweets.

you still have yet to provide support for this claim and it's contradicted by the philadelphia city commissioner.

New York Post reported (10:38 pm) that at 9:30 pm, mail in ballot counting was stopped, and would resume at 9 am 11/4. Of course, we now know that counting continued all night, hence the reports (sworn affidavits) that large volumes of ballots were coming in the back door around 4 am., and stuffed into counting machines.

This report also corroborates the testimony of election workers who were told the counting would stop and resume the next morning, and subsequently sent home. Those workers were probably the source of that information reported on about the stop. It was also reported on the news at the time .... how do I know? I HEARD THE REPORTS ... not something one would forget, or mis-remember.

Of course the narrative has shifted ... and the crooks insist there was never a stop. It’s a lie.

This is the old “clean up the story after the fact” for which the media has vast experience .... similar to some of the past mass shooting events where in real time, there are multiple reports of eye witnesses seeing multiple shooters, only to see the narrative totally shift the next day insisting that there was only one shooter, and no evidence of multiple gunmen.

This is nothing new to the establishment propaganda outlets, be it television news, or the social media platforms that were just grilled by congress the other day for censoring news unfavorable to democrats! This is not whacky conspiracy theories.... this is conspiracy FACT.

again, evidence of this order?
I’m not your teacher or research assistant. Look yourself, but try something other than CNN or Google. There is only one reference I found on start page to the New York Post report, likely because they piggyback off google results.

Part of the problem no doubt lies in that neither I nor you or I suspect poorly trained but perhaps well meaning poll workers fully understand election procedures. That, in fact, was WHY some affidavits were thrown out by judges finding that the those writing simply misunderstood.

Pennsylvania was not permitted to start counting absentee ballots before Election Day. Some states did turn to provisional and mail-in ballots last, with that the reason North Carolina did stop counting in the middle of the night. It ran out in-person votes. Why it didn't seemingly have the others immediately available and/or decide to keep going?

How do you know - assuming those reports are correct - that the ones coming in the door around 4am and stuffed into counting machines were NOT the mail-in ballots? If North Carolina did not need all its election workers, why would not some of the Pennsylvania election workers also be sent home for a while. You may well have heard reports, for there was confusion. From what I can tell none of this gets you to where you want to go.

Very naive and uninformed opinion. Court challenges are a process .... if you think that anyone on the Trump legal team expected favorable decisions in the Pennsylvania court, you’d be wildly mistaken. They knew exactly what would happen, but again, there is a process that must be followed.

You all are really going to soil your diapers when the truth is finally revealed and your China boy is frog marched into gitmo, not the Oval Office.
