Trump is going to carry these court battles until January 20th, and during that time, the EC won't be able to vote on a president, because to many votes are being contested.
That will leave it up to the house on January to elect a president, per the constitution.
The way that is done is, members do not vote.
The states get one vote each.
Republicans hold a majority of the states, and for sure they won't be picking Biden.

So you see, the fat lady is nowhere to be found yet.

If it makes you feel better, proclaim it's over, and your candidate won, but facts are facts, and they more than likely don't involve Biden being president.
If you don't think Trump will continue on with these court battles, and appeals right up to January 20th, you must be living under a rock.
Trump doesn't need wins, nor does he expect them in the courts.
He only has to keep appealing court decisions(which is his legal right) up to January 20th.
Then, as I explained, it will be up to each state to elect the president.
States consisting of at least 270 electoral votes have already certified their results for Biden. When the electoral college meets, Biden will be elected president. It's essentially done. Ascertainment has been made.

The first thing the incoming administration needs to do is work on strengthening education because this has got to stop. There are far too many people who don't understand how government, our constitution and laws function and they fill in the gaps with their own mis-understanding of things.

Pres. Trump agreed to "take the steps up to starting the process." I suspect this is a strategic move. Biden has been fundraising ($10 mil as of this morning) to "fund his transition." That money can be used for legal fees. Those legal fees are for fighting the lawsuits. If you take away the "fund the transition" excuse, then you may be able to stem the flow of funds for fighting the election lawsuits.
You need to stop thinking in terms of coups, lost elections, and dictators. Start thinking of this more like a game of strategies. Dominion is a red-herring dropped by the DNC to sow strife in what remains of the President's loyalists and to suck resources away from the lawsuits. Dominion has been complained about by both sides and it usually ends up in the interested parties quietly going away.

The Right needs to realize that A LOT of people hate Pres. Trump - enough to get Biden elected.
The Left needs to realize that there was election fraud at the local level. Those people who ran ballots multiple times, tried to "lose" thumb drives, verified mail-in ballots that should have been invalid (Wisconsin and filling in witness information) and blocked observers created a Constitutional shot for Pres. Trump to short-circuit the election process. If they would have had integrity and let it ride, we wouldn't have this circus and Pres. Trump would not have a legal leg to stand on.

After Michigan certified Biden now has 270 votes so there was no more reason for Emily to hide and not sign of on the transition.
I guess everybody missed this part of her statement:

“As you know, the GSA administrator does not pick or certify the winner of a presidential election. Instead, the GSA Administrator’s role under the Act is extremely narrow: to make resources and services available in connection with a presidential transition. The actual winner of the presidential election will be determined by the electoral process detailed in the Constitution.”

But since CNN said so, I guess you believe that right now Biden is president?

Stop listening to CNN.
