Michael Flynn calls for Trump to suspend the constitution and declare martial law to re-run election (polls, Obama)

There are mountains of evidence against the Dems and RINOs so no need for martial law just yet. We might even get ethical electors. If not it will be one state one vote in Congress so Trump will win. Possibly after Trump is declared the winner and the Deep State goons like Antifa and BLM go berserk and start the killing. But by then, many of the traitors from the previous administration and the current Congress will have been arrested. I also include the governors on Pompeo's list as bought by China.
We will need special elections to fill all of those seats across the country. Perhaps we will get ethical citizens who will learn the lessons of the traitors and not commit the same crimes to run for office.
You must live in a world of Fantasy because on 1/20 Trump's term ends no matter what. After December 8th safe harbor closes and no state lawsuit can change anything after that. MI, PA, AZ, GA state legislatures leadership have all said they don't plan on electing other electors they will follow the certified vote. Trump has lost 30 lawsuits Sidney Powell and Lin Wood both their lawsuits is using the same allegations as the other lawsuits already lost.
Electoral Count Act states the Governor has the authority to break a tie if a slate of Republicans and Democrat electors were sent. It's likely that MI,WI,PA their democrat governors would pick Democrat electors. AZ Ducey would most do that as well he already stated Joe Biden is the President-elect.
To clarify, THINKING you were cheated does not equate to ACTUALLY being cheated. There is no evidence of systemic fraud or even procedural irregularities significant enough to overturn the electoral result.
Schizophrenics can THINK aliens implanted listening devices in their brains, but what is reality does not match what they think.
Keep in mind that these Trump supporters, such as Pilgrim'sProgress, are quite incredibly heartbroken. They all thought that Trump was, by far, one of the best presidents America ever had, and so they will never ever be able to comprehend how he lost. They thought the polls were all out fake and that he would win by a monstrous landslide. He certainly did not. Among other things, they richly admired Trump for not being too cowardly to call out members of his own political party as "human scum". Maybe we should feel sorry for them.

I can't find where Trump would get the power to do this? The military takes an oath to the constitution if they were to follow this order I believe they would violate their oath. I suspect if Trump really does order this they will invoke the 25th amendment and install Pence as President temporary until Biden takes the oath.
He can declare an National emergency that doesn't suspend the constitution and congress can override that. Trump would need the support of the GOP senate to even attempt this. I think if he tries it McConnell and Pelosi would get together for the fastest impeachment in history like 2 days.
The scary thing from the perspective of military leadership is that this Senate is not dependable in standing up for the Congress as a branch of government equal to the Executive.
The military will not take action against the president unilaterally. They will drag their heels and develop sudden telephone difficulties. When I was on the Strategic Air Command staff in the final days of Nixon, we got a quiet memo from Air Staff in the Pentagon to ignore any "unusual orders" coming directly from the White House until we got clarification from Air Staff.
The military is staffed by the president, but military authority actually stems from Congress (which is why questions about the validity of a president don't affect the validity of the military). The uniformed military leadership will drag their feet and have an eye on Congress as an equal branch of government to validate any action against an unlawfully behaving president.
The Chiefs of Staff and the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff have already subtly--but publicly-- staked out their positions as "upholding the Constitution, not an individual." But they depend on Congress to define in the critical moment what the Constitution actually says to them.
If Congress rolls over for the president...that will be the most scary scenario for the generals.

We believe in facts when you produce some. So far you haven't. And that's a fact.
Here's a fact. We are armed and will not allow a president to stay in power illegally. Martial law is a fantasy, as we would forcibly resist any attempt to impose his will on Americans.
I'm sure he is. Yes. He's been taking notes from violent insurrectionists burning down our cities all summer. He thinks he's got it down now.
