They will have to pack the Supreme Court first, and get DC and Puerto Rico into statehood to get their majorities. They have some structural modifications to cheat in so that they can ensure the proper outcome. Truth won't matter... existing laws won't matter... they will just do what they want, just like in the election.

If Trump is allowed to pardon himself, it will set a precedent for all future Chief Executives, and it will mean that a president is above the law, regardless of anything he does. SCOTUS has already ruled that a president is not immune to the law by virtue of holding the office. I seriously doubt a self pardon will hold up in any court of law in the country.
He's welcome to try it, though. That just means that New York will get first crack at him while the pardon case moves through the courts.

If Biden really wants to unite the nation he will not prosecute Trump on some phony made up scam.
Trump didn't go after Hillary and she was as crooked and criminal as they come.
Biden has no intention of prosecuting anybody. He'll leave all of the decisions to the DOJ on whether to prosecute or not. Joe has stated repeatedly he will not get involved.

I don't have an issue with the two parties policing each other, as that cuts down on the corruption. In this situation Trump reeks of corruption, so let justice prevail.
