Sounds like a new Thread? If Donald Trump gives his Family to Guliani Pardons for any crimes they could be guilty of? Even Trump himself? Is that admitting guilt??? I am sure some on the far right will say it is all a witch hunt and planting even things that were not there etc.
Still, would a Pardon of anything labeled as committed before Trump leaves office? A admission of guilt? Do we really think our court-system is so corrupt it would convict the Trump family or lawyers and others .... just because it is how to get even? Then wave our Flag still skyhigh? Or do we just say they had righteous intent therefore the End would justify the means?? Increasing ones wealth prospects though .... is not a Righteous act if dubious.
Well it certainly would be precedent setting. I'm not sure the Biden administration would want to pursue that though unless Trump remains a threat to the nation.
