He prophesied Trumps first term being elected, the economy, the Democrats trying to false impeach Trump, putting Trump back in to restore Israel with the embassy and peace deals happening today. He prophesied alot more including what happened in Trumps first term including his rallies of the 2020 election.

He does promise Trump will have a second term however there is much corruption with Democrat Party and mass shaking out of politicians due to a 'Snowden event' including them putting Harris in the WhiteHouse.

Something big will happen in the next couple weeks as he says only God could make it happen.

Theres alot of his videos of him about Trump here just one I grabbed. They will move you and its hard to watch him without getting tears and/or goosebumps.

What on earth does Biden have to do with it? Trump F'd over Atlantic City, south Jersey contractors, and people who worked for him but that is not why they are tearing down the building. The building was coming down regardless and has nothing to do with politics. So what if they auction off the right to push the button in the process raising a lot of money for a worthwhile charity? I fail to see how this represents dividing America. They are taking an eyesore and turning it into an opportunity to raise money for kids.

People would probably bid on the opportunity to implode ANY building. Isn't that appealing to the little boy inside every man? If the building were the Sands or any other casino that has been imploded, no one would be upset, but because it says Trump on the side its all a democratic conspiracy? I think the mayor deserves a lot of credit for turning something negative, a vacant eyesore, into an opportunity to raise thousands of dollars for kids.

What do you mean, they are "worried about it"? How long should they let a vacant building stand when the land can be used for something else?

Does a "highly successful" businessman owe more than $1 Billion to his various creditors?
For those whose Kool Aid intake does not allow them to believe that statement, here is confirmation from a very conservative source:

If you ever read his book, he talks about his lowest point and how he was able to get his creditors to bend the rules and give him another line of credit to rescue his business.

I think they did a good thing just like many big businesses get a bailout but Trump did renegotiate his debts and got his casino back in shape but eventually they were shutdown due to the climate of the casino business in the area and he already moved past to become a RE developer.

So his timing was good. As much people knock it, I say he was smart that he got out just in time. I've had big business debts that I offloaded and gotten new credit line to springboard other ventures.

Having more a billion in debt shows creditors have more faith in him than other no name businessman. Only the poor and non-enterprisers would knock Trump about debt.

Debt is leverage.

who really cares how much he owes?

All businessmen have loans

Trump's assets are greater than his liabilities. It really doesn't matter

Also as ex president he has gross income potential of atleast $1B more, and then he also has his many companies to still make money from

Obama/Clintons earned atleast 250M gross from politics so far each. Trump could go much higher.

People who are knocking Trumps business have no idea how a P&L or Balance Sheet work.

Also the amortized life of casino is probably 30 years, how many old mega casinos make it this long in AC or Vegas? None and if they do they are worst on the strip.

Trump was very smart on getting out of AC.
