Hawley is the only populist republican in the senate.

Remove him and all that is left are Reagan clones.

They DEFENDED the Constitution. The rest of them certified knowingly fraudulent votes. The constitution was violated when state AG's SOS, changed election laws rather than the legislature, as the constitution requires.

I shudder to think about if either of those two are able to sustain their political careers and the same morons who inflicted Trump on us, push them into higher office. They need to be consigned to the dustbin of politics. It goes to show that degrees from places like Yale and Harvard are worthless, if they're bestowed on those of low character.

Every state is different with their mail ballots . Let me ask you this , did you live in a swing state ? I highly doubt it . Anyways BaRR was kicked because the house never voters on confirming anyone . You know how the sessions saga want ... Barr was comprised and we seen that when we seen him hold Important information until after the election.

I’ve donated so much money to Senators Cruz and Hawley, along with Representatives Boebert, Jordan, Cawthron, Taylor-Greene and others that you commie Libs would be PISSED if you knew just how much.

In any case, yes this would be a case of purging political dissidents. Nothing Senators Hawley and Cruz did was illegal. Thus, this would be punishing them for constitutionally protected ideas, statements and actions simply because some find them offensive.
You are correct, but the entire proceeding was very different than it was this time. Here is a quote from Routers on what happened after those few objections:

'Biden denied the objections one by one, at times jocular and apparently determined to finish the tally. “It is over,” he said at one point, to laughter from Republicans.'

Why did Pence not do the same as what Biden did in 2017?

Maybe it is some other 14th Amendment because our United States 14th Amendment certainly does not apply.

Joe does get mixed up some times and thinks he's from Massachusetts...then he snaps out of it like nothing happened.

Pence was in a much more difficult position with Trump threatening him an other death threats. There were not 100 Congressmen an 14 senators objecting, there were 5 house members from the left raising objections. Obama wasn’t calling Biden a traitor and a coward. No senators objected in 2017.

Good because they’re going to need it since corporate donors have cut them off.
