The way the national popular vote is trending away from the GOP, that’s probably accurate.
Any R candidate in 2024 is likely to lose the national pop vote by 9 or 10 million, while trying to squeak through in the Electoral College, but the loser of the national popular vote historically has won the Electoral College only 10% of the time.
Not great odds of success.
Popular vote is irrelevant as no party strategizes for it. If they did who knows how close it would actually be?
The last two elections tell me America is drifting conservative given the amount of propaganda telling them to do otherwise (more than ever).

It is far from irrelevant. Yes, it is not the electoral vote but it still counts for other elections and does heavily influence the electoral vote.
If America is drifting conservative then it will vote for more conservative candidates. My only requirement is that they are honest, don’t lie on purpose and want to help and serve all americans . Is that too much to ask?

From a winning the presidency standpoint — popular vote is NOT strategized for. Politicians spend the bulk of their time in a handful of swing states.
Yeah, that gosh-darned stolen (not stolen) election. Whew, that's a close one. Thankfully we have the other 47% of Republicans (the ones with a brain and a conscience) and most of the Democrats who would NOT vote for him - in 2024 or ever.
The GOP is an absolute mess. Even when they had the majority in Congress they couldn't get anything done with Trump. The wall and a new health care plan were 2 of his biggest campaign promises and he failed to deliver either, even with the majority on both sides of the aisle.
In the end Trump cost them that majority; in 2018 they lost the House, then in 2020 they lost both the Senate AND the presidency. They lost everything, including their souls, to a twice-impeached one-term president who at the end sicked a mob of rabid dogs on them in a desperate attempt to hold onto power.
Trump is the best they can do? Really? Color me unimpressed with their chances.
HINT: Lenin LIED to you, a lie told often enough DOES NOT become the truth.
