Again, incorrect. You cannot just refuse to respond to a subpoena.

Formality in aquisition of evidence is common in law cases. Trump was stalling with appeals. The supreme Court granted the release.
So clearly it wasn't a fishing expedition. It was a legal provision to turn over evidence . I do hope you support the concept of gathering all the verifiable and true evidence from all sides to present to a court.
