Someone who took the vaccine and still wears a mask is waiting for confirmation that vaccination not only prevents illness, which has clearly been established, but also prevents spread of the virus, which is not known for sure yet.
Vaccination is recommended for those who have had the disease because it is also not known how long those who have had it will be protected from getting it again.

Beyond that, the same lefty crew that hyped shopping with gloves on, scrubbing fedex packages, closing k-12 schools, closing beaches, banning all outdoor spectators, banning pee wee soccer, etc. due to a potential (however tiny) for viral transmission...will do the same vis a vis the fully vaccinated and masks.
