I wonder how many posts are in this folder alone explaining what handcuffs are all about, that they are worn by everyone now--because we are all potentially criminals and assumed guilty--in order to stop the possible crime that we may possibly commit, possibly in the future. It's possible.
Yet it is Joe who is confused? Don't you people want to stop the spread of crime? If so, then you have to know that we assume EVERYONE to be guilty and EVERYONE is to be treated as a criminal.
