Maybe Joe is confused about this too, but he did receive his second vaccine (Pfizer) 10 weeks ago. And he is still parading round in his single and double masks.
It does seem the same silly 'experts' who denied science and told us to shut the k-12 schools, completely empty the outdoor stadiums and beaches, wear gloves while grocery shopping, and furiously scrub all delivered packages are at it again with the masks.
Somehow they duped Joe into wearing one - - now he's unknowingly spreading the anti-vaxx message that the vaccine is useless against Covid.
Somebody tell Joe that he has been vaccinated (even if he forgot both jabs and needs to be shown the picture), remind him he is the president of the US, and tell him there is now no scientific reason to think he'll spread Covid.

You bet. And in this day and age, what are the offenders required to do when the offendees so state? Why, the offenders are required to stop offending the offendees, of course! So off come the face diapers. This offensive behavior must stop. I demand (by God) reparations for having had to have seen grown men, women, and things sauntering about donned in face diapers for nearly a year now.
In any case that is at least a reason that makes sense in a completely unscientific way: He’s just following orders.
Science doesn't matter he issued the order to mask, if he doesn't wear a mask he looks like Governor Newsom doing the preverbal "let them eat cake" while he dines out and locks the rest of the California down. As long as that order to mask on federal installations remains in place so does the mask on the President, he is not our highness after all.

What are the chances of a fully vaccinated person, several weeks after the second jab, passing on a Covid infection to another human?

No. You should talk to your doctor and ask these questions. If you really care, look up the clinical trials. Information is your friend.

Sometimes people explain but it is just not worth it here. Not sure if it is due to the poster not reading, not comprehending, or what. The only consistant is the confusion of the poster.

If he chooses to wear a mask for the rest of his life, how does that harm you in anyway? Of the 5% group in the study, there were virtually no cases of severe infection (I think 1/70,000 between the 2 trials were hospitalized) and zero deaths. So it's not likely Joe would die. Although nothing is a 100% given.
