Sorry, so many false reports, I will only believe the ones I trust. That kind of story of some kind of scandal has been around at least since Clinton. Someone from secret service, of course anonymous claims some type of fraud about the sitting President.

Do you believe that the Trump Foundation was forced to shut down due to fraud or is that one of your "false reports"? And notice that my source is the conservative Washington Times, not your favorite whipping boy Washington Post.

If you make it a standard that the president has to donate his salary, you'll only have wealthy business tycoons as presidents.

I have never even seen an allegation that the receipts the Post obtained were forged. Maybe you can provide a link to support your claim
