The Decision to move forward was each step of the way , our judicial system at work.

The Video was compelling . The only thing crooked is the line of thinking that an officer can supercede the laws and infringe on a detained subjects life.

My personal opinion on the outcome is simple: The appeals will move forward after any decision is rendered. Chauvin will walk free, and our system will continue to be broken. Citizens Rights will continue to be jeopardized by certain law enforcement personnel.

The lunacy of rioting will inflame some . I have little regard for that antic. But then again I have zero tolerance for an officer playing a Major (significant) role in the death of a citizen. It wasn't osmosis. Chauvin was 100% accountable for his decisions and actions that day. Those actions are now in the juries hands.

So do you think he will be found guilty but it will be overturned on appeal? What do you think will be different in the appeal?

One thing is for sure there was no intent to kill, because why would a police officer intend to kill someone when he's surrounded by witnesses? Also, when a dishonest man says he can't breathe, is there reason to believe him? Both of these logical explanations should at least create tremendous doubt.....if the jury is being intellectually honest.

That sure makes sense but we romanticize scum these days. How many of these people of the likes of Maxine Waters would have socialized with George Floyd? They are only his friend when he's dead.

A bit like the metoo movement - or at least Alyssa Milano - phony warriors.

Old saying: The truth from a liar is still the truth.

any reasonable person could see quite clearly Floyd was struggling to breathe. Stop minimizing the severity of this impediment of the respiratory function. It was due Primarily from the excessive force applied.

the charges continually remain congruent to the actions Mr Chauvin displayed.

(1) by the person's culpable negligence whereby the person creates an unreasonable risk, and consciously takes chances of causing death or great bodily harm to another;

HIS ACTIONS. HIS NEGLIGENCE. HIS FORCE.

A legal technicality.

The Filing of motions

A Judges Decision being overturned by a higher court.

The 3rd degree being squashed again by the Supreme Court.

A Different Judge.

What if Floyd was pretending? Very reasonable assumption for the officer to make. Playing dead is a very common tactic.

What if Floyd was a combo Shaolin monk and Houdini ? He could easy fake not breathing, no pulse, escape from the handcuffs and vanish.

But what if the officer thought Floyd was pretending? What if the officer had seen this many times before? Its very logical and creates tremendous doubt.
