This. There is no other solution.

And probably the best solution for where we are at now as a society.

This fella somehow managed to be "escorted" off the premises by police officer(s) allegedly.

I'm sure he's a strong candidate for Policing our communities (all)

It is time for the black community to stand up to black activists and elected politicians.

Don't be mislead by the media and black activists claim they represent all blacks. They treat them as a monolith, all of the same mind opinion and politics. the left uses racism as a weapon at the expense of the black community at large.

To have to. You make that sound like its a very bad thing.
Why do you want white officers to have to work in black communities when they "are all racist and want to shoot innocent up standing citizens".
You are jumping off the edge here. My argument is for competent police. i don't care what color. A bad white cop is going to be a bad white cop wherever he patrols. Seems there is minority representation.

No I believe you are moving the goal post.

I stated there arent enough blacks to replace 50% of the white cops because blacks arent interested in becoming police officers.

To which you argued "Not when the hiring is done by white people. But it really isn't a matter of hiring black or white. It is more about hiring competent people."
I agree it should be about hiring competent people and them getting competent training but its not. Black communities dont trust white cops. They feel all whites are racist and anytime there is violence involved between a white cop and a black person a riot breaks out. There are little studies and little information on the ration of black cops shooting suspects and white cops shooting suspects but with avaliable data it appears that white cops dont shoot suspects any more than black cops https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/bl...-black-people/ but you wouldn't know that by what the media chooses to focus on.

If you were not arguing color you would not have said there arent more black cops because whites do the hiring.
I linked three different articles discussing why there are not more black officers. They all addressed recruitment and competency.

They don’t want to hear the truth, because it doesn’t fit their white supremacist narrative.
Some of these post are not even trying to hide it.
Well i guess if I had a 400 year head start and couldn’t keep it, I’d be racist too, I guess.

Alot of neighborhoods where crime rates are very high are often homogeneous.

And it was like I said before. Community police is a good idea in theory, and has been practiced in other places. However, it's difficult to implement in certain areas.
