My wife and I never give less than a 20% for standard service and during the height of the pandemic, we were tipping 30%. Admittedly we go to nicer restaurants and don't frequent fast food places and some of the low end chains. Thanks for asking.

I like the emojis. What’s wrong with emojis now?

And yet when presented with actual numbers, you are the one that is uninformed. But keep pounding that table when you don't have the facts to back you up.

For over 7 years our community has been reporting about shortages of labor in the hospitality and construction areas.

Biden is elected and all of a sudden it is all his fault.

That's funny.

What else would you expect? And in a short 5 months to top it off.

In a short 5 months, Sleepy Joe is on pace to give out more free stuff than any President in history.

Yep, the sky is falling. I keep telling myself that as I enjoy my life with none of the financial strains I read about from posters on the internet who are still butthurt over the results of the election. Gas is peanuts, good service at restaurants, assets are just fine. But you keep on keeping on.

The garden center where my son worked in high school is fully staffed, maybe because they pay competitive wages and provide regular hours for even part-time employees. The restaurant industry doesn’t do generally do that.
Certainly not limited to the restaurant industry.
