Uh huh. Well we won’t forget the Seattle Autonomous zone, Chaz, Chop, BLM terrorist thugs rioting, looting, attacking innocent people and beating them within an inch of their life, vandalizing and toppling monuments, destroying public and private property, and generally being disgusting people over the death of a worthless criminal scumbag that deserved what he got either. Your woke mob did far more harm and damage than the few hours of protesting on January 6th.

BTW, several historians have since suggested that Lincoln was too 'soft' on the South, enabling later problems like Jim Crow laws, Segregation, and the perpetual myth of The Lost Cause. Though ironically it was his fellow Republicans of that era who opposed Lincoln's plan, because they thought it too lenient toward the South for having started a war, which they felt deserved to be punished as such. When actually their intent was to totally replace the more 'problematic' aspects of the South.
So perhaps by just trying to 'move on', without demanding some sorta 'accountability', aren't we basically repeating the same mistakes again with our 'Second' Civil War?
