Can't agree to go that far. I've said that people should disclose their biological sex before initiating sexual encounters, however, if someone failed to do that, I can't see simply being offended at their sex when they remove their clothing as a sex crime on par with say forcible rape. You can still decline at that point and tell them to leave. That's not really appreciably different than declining sex when someone shows up who had lied about other aspects of themselves, such as their age, weight, or appearance. I've definitely had the latter happen before.

Sex is giving yourself to another person. If you misrepresent yourself in this sort of a profound way, you are defrauding the other person. Check fraud is similar, when you misrepresent yourself as you pass checks under an identity not your own.

If you have a Y chromosome, you are a male. If not, you are a female. Anyone who says otherwise is a lying liar and probably a sicko, and should not to be trusted.

They are a liar sure, not convinced they are a thief though. Lying generally is not a crime. Passing fraudulent checks is stealing someone's money, that's why that fraud is a crime.

If you decline sex with someone who misrepresented themselves, has anything really been stolen from you? I don't think so. Again, people also decline sex for other reasons due to misrepresentation.

I was talking about the definition of "fraud". You have to actually lose something to person defrauding you.

And I'm not at all convinced this happened the way the murderer is saying. When you see THREE guys going in to the victim's apartment the night he was beaten to death, it's hard to believe this was a crime of passion when he just "discovered" the victim was male.

This topic reminds me of the dating site where people post pictures misrepresenting themselves and when you get there they are 10 years older and 75 pounds fatter... what do you expect someone to do in that situation? I'd leave immediately because I don't respect dishonesty. If you have honest intentions you will prevent a lot of these issues before they become a problem. However it's only rape if the person forces themselves on you. It should be pretty easy to tell once naked if all the parts are there or not. Chuckle.

No. Because that will kill your partner.

All this situation does is make someone realize they shouldn't have sex with someone they don't know at all, and haven't even had a conversation with.

Not a bad lesson.

Huh?
If the sex is not consensual, regardless of how the vic identifies, it's rape.

Victims of sexual assaults or rape aren't partners.

Failure to disclose to the wrong person and they could possibly be assaulted or killed.

This is a real risk in the US.

https://www.newsweek.com/transgender...s-women-568558

However, whenever you read these articles, they like to focus on the victims and the assailants are mystery figures .

The attackers, as you can see in this story are curiously absent from discussion.

This is why it's not getting better, because just like the attacks on Asians in the past year, it's not politically correct to identify or discuss whom is doing most of it other than to generally wave blame at right wingers or Trumps rhetoric etc.

This is the ugly ugly truth here, we have one party that doesn't care about trans murders and another party that is totally focused on making political points out of it without addressing the problem and causing any internal dissension.
