Ct has been amongst this category a long, long time, too.

Hopefully the people moving are either 1) conservatives or 2) liberals who are smart enough to realize that they shouldn't vote Democrat in their new states or else they'll get the same crap they're running away from.

Exactly! This new bread of Democrat screws up everywhere they go! The days of pragmatic Democrats like Bill Clinton are long gone, welcome to the future of the Democrat party, a combination of AOC, Nancy Pelosi, and Adam Schiff

Looks like a lot of mid west states are also losing population. Where are they all going? Got tired of scrolling down to find out. A chart would have been better.

In CT "Many of the people who are moving away are from the state’s older population, with over 64 percent being people age 55 and older."
In NY "The primary reasons for people leaving were because of a new job or retirement."
In NJ they have been moving for years

Keep dreaming the odds are they are not conservtives and will vote as they choose to, the bulk of the departures are retirements and they don't change their politics just because they move.

You wouldn't have made this post unless you already knew both of those were false.

You know as well as I do given the political makeup of NY/NJ that it is most likely 3) liberals leaving those solid blue states who will mostly continue to vote D in their new states, shifting them further blue.

Is this counted as only people who moved out of those three states but not into another one of those three states.

A lof of people from NJ will move to NYC. A lot of NYC people will move to NJ, and Conn. A lot of people from Conn will also move into NYC.

United Van Lines indicated these are the top 25 state-any different state migrations.

Well, I'm a conservative who fled a deep blue dump (Maryland) for Florida and I'm sure I'm not alone.

If all these people moving to red states are liberals as claimed by the DNC lackeys, then I wouldn't be surprised to see NY NJ CT go red. Even liberals can have too much crappy governance and abuse by their Democrat leaders. And there may not be enough of them to continue to re-elect the same failed Democrats if they move to other states.

This is horrible news. Rather than stay and live with the policies their elected officials have put in place, they are electing to move to other states around the country and screw them up the same way. You see, that's the big issue here. These people don't learn from their mistakes. They destroy where they live, then they move on to greener pastures like locusts, bringing their failed ideas/political ideologies with them. Then what happens? They start over in their new home, and begin the process of destroying it from the inside out. Please, please, stay put northern libs and leave my state alone. Or at least learn from your mistakes and don't bring those ideas with you down south.
