That is a lie. Voter participation within the Black population increases as one goes up in economic brackets. The portions of the Black population voting in the highest amounts are far less likely to depend on government handouts than those who don't vote at all.

When you say "Blacks only vote Democrat to get 'free stuff' and 'government handouts' ", not only is that wrong, it's an assumption based on a bigoted mentality.
