I don't know why teaching children that black people are not able to accomplish anything at all unless White people let them and that Jews created systemic racism so they can control the world is so controversial.
That is a complete flip of the script for the undermining CRT is attempting: strife, anarchy, and a revolution into socialism. Go to Russia or Venezuela for that.
No I didn't. Your reading comprehension needs some work because you keep leaving out the rest of the sentence. If they read something in historical material that makes them feel bad, how am I supposed to make them not feel bad? Censor it? So yeah, put me on trial because of assigning a primary source.
I was referring to CRT bans that supposedly ban making some white kid feel bad. E.g.: Texas's silly law says that you can't teach anything where "an individual should feel discomfort, guilt, anguish, or any other form of psychological distress on account of the individual ’s race or sex;"
How is anyone supposed to teach in such a way that ensures NO ONE's feelings are hurt? I'm not responsible for students' reactions to the material that are direct primary sources. Nor could I predict their individual reactions to a 70 year old primary source even if I wanted to be sensitive about it. The only way I could ensure that, is to avoid the topic altogether.
Clearly YOUR feelings are hurt.
If you are going to teach about black slavery by whites then you must also teach whites slavery by blacks, and the long history of slavery in the Asian community, and the marginalization that goes on around the world by every single skin color.

I'm assuming that's sarcasm. if not it's indescribably hateful.
My school was clearly teaching things that were inappropriate and divisive. Your response is to play word salad semantics instead of addressing that a few of my teachers and I am sure many other teachers at other schools were doing something wrong.
I thought those on the right were big on preserving history.
No?
No. Despite CRT nut-swingers' claim that the United State's history regarding racial injustice hasn't and isn't being taught in schools, it was being taught back in the 1970s when I was in grade school and I assume it's still being taught (unless liberals somehow had it removed from school curriculum). CRT propagates this lie in order to have an avenue in which to spread hate and racial divisiveness.
Your post is particularly ironic because the anti-CRT crowd wants to preserve history, part of which is that everything CRT advocates claim isn't being taught has and is being taught. CRT literally denies history, then uses that denial to propagate hatred. It's weird circular logic. Answer this: Do you sincerely believe that children haven't been taught about slavery, Jim Crow, etc., in the past? If the answer is "yes" (you think none of this has ever been taught), you're being dishonest with yourself. A "no" answer invalids the entire premise of CRT. Either way, you're completely wrong.
