But usually in a democracy we want the courts to move toward bodily autonomy, not away from it.
Yes, I want to have the "bodily autonomy" I need to kill anyone I don't like. Whether it's a baby in the womb or my neighbor who plays his stereo too loud sometimes.
If Trump said that, they would have impeached him and put his picture next to Hitler in the books. Whatever Democrats accuses the right, they have done it themselves and worse.
The supremes do need to be reminded of their place in the pecking order and who they work for from time to time, but this isn't it. RvW was a horrible case decided by idiots.
That is not the first time the Democrats have attempted to strong arm the Supreme Court. I do not expect the court to overturn abortion.
They wouldn't be overturning abortion, just admitting that the constitutional right they made up didn't ever exist. The states would go back to deciding whether to make abortion illegal or not.
I have no idea if the SC will overturn Roe but they should, it's terrible law. I think they should recognize the right to life of children in the womb.
the demSM will be just fine with this leftist loon warning of 'revolution' - but just imagine the tortured shrieks of 'inSurREctIon!!' if a conservative said it.
Just like the left to threaten violence if justice doesn't send a result their way. Justice is a process not an outcome I repeat continually to civics challenged emotionally ravaged democrats.

It would become a state issue and her state could then legalize it. easy peasy
