That makes no sense. SCOTUS is upholding the Constitution by upholding States' Rights (Article 1 Section 8 and the 10th Amendment). If states can restrict 2nd Amendment Rights, and they do (even red states do), they can restrict any perceived right to abortion.

Exactly! They have every right to control their reproduction rights prior to having sex by using birth control or abstaining.

You have zero right to be inside someone's bedroom monitoring how they control their reproduction like some kind of sick voyeur. Nor does the state.

That was in response to Bob saying abortion was mentioned 0 times in the Constitution.

Per the 9th amendment a right cannot be taken away just because it is unenumerated.

No one said anyone or the state was going to mandate the use of birth control. The point is that if women and/or men actually used it, there would be no need for 700,000 abortions each year.

95% of all unintended pregnancies are the result of failure to use birth control (54%), or the use of such incorrectly/inconsistently(41%).

There's no excuse for that given the fact that various birth control meds/devices are available for free at our country's 4,000+ taxpayer-funded Title X Family Planning Clinics located nationwide.
