The Supreme Court, by casting aside their sworn duty to uphold the law and constitution for us all, are imperiling the freedoms of everyone.
That makes no sense. SCOTUS is upholding the Constitution by upholding States' Rights (Article 1 Section 8 and the 10th Amendment). If states can restrict 2nd Amendment Rights, and they do (even red states do), they can restrict any perceived right to abortion.
You have zero right to be inside someone's bedroom monitoring how they control their reproduction like some kind of sick voyeur. Nor does the state.
No one said anyone or the state was going to mandate the use of birth control. The point is that if women and/or men actually used it, there would be no need for 700,000 abortions each year.
95% of all unintended pregnancies are the result of failure to use birth control (54%), or the use of such incorrectly/inconsistently(41%).
There's no excuse for that given the fact that various birth control meds/devices are available for free at our country's 4,000+ taxpayer-funded Title X Family Planning Clinics located nationwide.
