Why call it Lambda? I don’t want to be killed by an extinction level virus called “Lambda”
Perhaps they can come up with a name that makes you more comfortable with the human race becoming extinct.
Actually I was thinking this was the name that a group of child molesters used to call themselves. Then I looked it up and its NAMBLA. Perhaps we can call it the NAMBLA virus.
I would not call this fear porn. When its some wild conspiracy nutjob yes. When its a respected scientist in their own words in Tokyo no. If the worst of this is true it could be a threat to humanity.

The researchers also noted that in laboratory experiments, they found three mutations in the variant’s spike protein that help it evade vaccine-induced antibodies and two additional mutations make Lambda highly infectious.
"Lambda can be a potential threat to the human society,” senior researcher Kei Sato of the University of Tokyo, said, according to Reuters. It remains unclear whether the Lambda variant is more dangerous than the Delta variant which is currently spreading rapidly in many countries.

All of the adults in my wife's family did receive the Pfizer vaccine and the last one got the second shot last Sunday, several days ago !!! Two of her family members died before the vaccine was available !!! The two that died had covid !!!

I don't know. I don't run the MSM. They were biased against Trump. But Biden is not getting a free pass. If he was getting a free pass the MSM would not even be talking about covid. He is doing a horrible job with covid. The CDC is making a fool of themselves. And all that is being reported.
Oh believe me, he is getting a free pass. Till this day, the media says Biden is doing a great job because of all the goals he set. I mean, wow. Setting that 70% July 4th goal!! Hope Biden didn't stress himself out too much!
And in Cuomo's last briefing, he went on again about how this whole mess happened because of negligence of the Trump administration last year. Really? Are we still blaming Trump on this? We crushed the previous variants, which is why we seemed victorious back in May/June, but now we have a new variant; a variant that evolved and came into this country AFTER Trump's presidency! This douchebag keeps preaching how we need to stop getting political, yet still rambles on and blames Trump for everything! This continuous blame game now makes zero sense!

Of course having to prove you have the vaccine means nothing now. Even more so with Lambda.
