The only damage was his saddlebag had a scuff mark. Not all motorcyclists are a-holes. This one is.
So much for you not defending the woman, lol.
Proof to only a scuff mark?
And let’s not forget he was on the bike and could’ve been seriously injured as she tried to hit him twice.
Nah, he did exactly as he should’ve. No reason to let anyone get away with such nonsense. She was a road rager and an aggressor that paid for her poor decisions.

Both were extremely in the wrong and made numerous terrible errors in judgement. My issue with them was following her home and being aggressive. She had been on the phone with 911 as she was driving home and communicated to the 911 operator that the men were following her. The operator asked for a description shortly before she stepped out of the house. It’s plain as day to all of us that she should’ve stayed inside and left it to the officers. As well, IMO, the men should not have chased her home.

Lol at a common traffic conflict and waving the gun and not pointing it at him. This reporter is hilarious. Hitting a motorcycle and running isn’t common. Thankfully police did a full investigation he wasn’t charged with anything.
They followed her home because she hit and ran. If what they did was so aggressive they would’ve been cited for it.
And you’re not the one she hit and ran. I’d have done the same exact thing. Zero reason to be responsible for someone else damaging a vehicle and having to to pay to have it fixed. It’s also against the law to hit and run.
Not defending the woman who was killed but Andrew Derr was aggressive on the road per both witnesses. This all started while the shooter was driving past vehicles at a high rate of speed (per witness Nicolas Hirst) and tried to pass the blue vehicle. He became aggressive and started to ride next to the blue car and yell and point at it. Witness Cody Drew told police that after Derr’s motorcycle was hit, Derr kicked the driver’s side of Morales’ car, according to a report.
Him being "aggressive" was all in reaction to how she was driving and hitting him though. She started it. You'd probably be angry if you were on a motorcycle and got hit by a car.

To me, it's more what could have happened. A car vs. a motorcycle usually ends up with the motorcyclist down on the ground with bodily injuries and damage to his bike. he was lucky in this instance, but it should not excuse her actions at all.
If he had not followed her, she might have intentionally hit someone else. He followed probably to get charges filed against her. He stayed in the street waiting for the police. She was the aggressor both times.
There’s been many reasons that the deranged woman has been defended, and one that really sticks out is that many simply don’t like bikers.
Ironically, Orange City loves them as do many of the surrounding towns in Volusia County which are close to Daytona Beach where bikers are beloved.
Orange City is among many towns around here who court their business during several bike week events throughout the year. Residents are used to them as well as used to them riding in groups.
