It's very doable. Putting them on buses and driving them to MV is cheap and legal.

If Biden can airdrop illegal immigrants into Florida then Florida should be able to help those people to get to Martha's Vineyard or Delaware if that is where they would like to be.
What's the issue? I'm sure those folks would love to experience how the elite live out there on the Vineyard. Biden would surely love to welcome them to his home state. After all, Biden invited them, didn't he?
