There's no way any sane, rational and logical human being can deny human-caused climate change after the many extreme weather events in 2021:
  • Extreme "rain bomb" KILLS New Yorkers in their basement flats
  • Extreme tornado KILLS Kentuckians in DECEMBER
  • Record drought all over the West
  • Record massive wildfires
  • British Columbia sets all time high record of 121 F. On that day it was hotter there than in Death Valley.
  • Texas deep freeze, due to massive heat dome over the North Pole that pushed cold air south, shuts down the power grid

The Year in Climate (good summary from ABC News)

How many more people have to die and how many more people have to lose their homes before we finally unite and agree that climate change is a very serious threat to all of us?

What are you going to do about China and India, for starters?

That's right, buy more crap from them, support more puppet politicians from the LEFT that cater to them, and continue to a hypocrit.

In the old days, they would use extreme weather events to scare the sheeple into believing it was punishment from god for a wide range of sins. It was a really effective tool for manipulating and controlling people. The more people say things are changing, the more they stay the same

When you go to Alaska and they show you where all the Glaciers were 50, 150 and 250 years ago, I always wonder why now do we say the climate is changing.

The climate has been changing for Millions of years. The Great lakes were created by Glaciers as were half the canyons in California.

The climate changes.

This sounds like nothing more than a sales pitch for very expensive Electric Cars and to enrich those who own Lithium commodities.

Sorry, but a majority of people are concerned about their health, jobs, families, friends and could care less about natural weather changes.

Sorry, but the majority of people who care about "global warming" are people who just want something like lithium, cobalt or electric cars to invest in.

Interesting, how you write this sales pitch to buy electric cars and lithium the same day that parts of the city of Phoenix are only going to have highs in the 40s. I have noticed much of California will also have high temperatures in the 40s for many, many days also.

There have been "extreme" rain events since the beginning of time. California's flood in 1861 and 1862 is an example.

The "man made climate change" worrying elites are just sour because they aren't getting hundreds of billions of dollars in the name of changing the weather patterns.

The "climate change" elites are just upset because they wanted their stocks in "green companies" to go through the roof with the Biden corporate welfare package that Machin blocked.

Most of these investors wanted to collect great wealth from Biden's corporate welfare package in the name of controlling the weather while factory-workers and companies that depend on clean energy had much higher prices.

The global warming alarmists want America to surrender economically to these other countries that the liberal elites have a financial interest in.

1) nothing happened in 2021 that hasn't happened before.....for many millennia.

2) how are any of the things that the Left proposes, eg carbon taxes etc, going to stop "climate change"?

3) how do you get Russia, China, India etc to cooperate?

Natural climate change is very slow. Man-made climate change is occurring at a much faster rate. The Earth has never seen the climate change this fast in the fossil record.

Humans are burning 1,000 barrels of oil per second, 24 hours a day, year in, year out. Mankind has changed the composition of the atmosphere from ~280 ppm CO2 to 418 ppm today, an increase of nearly 50%. Basic physics says it's impossible for the planet not to warm at these new high levels of CO2. The burden is on the climate deniers to come up with a new theory that explains how the planet is not warming with a 50% boost in CO2.

I'm a firm believer in science. If the climate deniers can publish a study in peer reviewed respected journals that disproves man-made climate change, then I will switch sides. Until then I'm with the overwhelming scientific consensus on this.
