This Bragg guy may have ruined any chance for things to get better.
Did you see the following story on Channel 4, NBC?

Robbery Charge Reduced Under New Manhattan DA’s Reform Policies: Sources – NBC New York

"Police arrested 43-year-old William Rolon, saying it was the second time he hit the store — and his 39th arrest overall. But instead of charging Rolon with robbery, sources said prosecutors dropped the charges to petit larceny – a misdemeanor – even though the manager told police she was terrified."

The Democrat Party Leadership is turning Manhattan into very, very dangerous place to work or live in.

Since the soft on criminal type of policies were adopted in NYC a few years back, which are not only being advocated by Alvin Bragg, but being enhanced, criminal activities in NYC’s subways is getting out of control. And so much so that NYC media is advising

NYC subway crime: Officials urge riders to stay alert amid rise in muggings and robberies - ABC7 New York

“But robberies are up too - 18% percent compared to this time last year, as ridership has doubled.”

ALSO READ NYC subway crime: NYPD statistics show robberies fueling increase in violence - ABC7 New York

This is what happens when nitwits in government coddle criminals.

See: How much more proof does Carl Heastie need that bail reform has been a horror for NYC?

"It didn’t take long after New York’s bail-reform laws took effect in January 2020 for crime to surge, yet at the time, Assembly Speaker Carl Heastie claimed there wasn’t enough data to suspect a link. Now, after two years under those laws, crime has continued to soar.

Heastie and those in his camp need to take another look at the damage those laws, along with lenient judges and other pro-crime measures, have done.

Consider the horror stories from 2021 alone:"

The article goes on to provide some very horrifying examples. But hey, the nitwits who voted for Bragg deserve everything coming their way.

In the case of NYC's DA election, Soros dished out $1 million which was used to get Alvin Bragg elected. See Bill Bratton slams new Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg, blames Soros for election

"Bratton then cited the $1 million donation that Hungarian-born philanthropist Soros gave to the Color of Change political action committee, which supported Bragg.

“If you look at every city in America that has violent crime increases and disorder increases…what is the one common denominator?” Bratton said. “District attorneys, almost all of whom are funded phenomenally by George Soros.”

Why is the New York Post calling a misanthrope a philanthropist?
