Are you claiming the titled articles & their headlines and their links, reporting on the Trump Texas rally are fabricated? Are you denying the speech the defeated and disgraced former POTUS gave and the very words that came out of Trump's own mouth, in Texas 3 days ago? The entire rally is easily viewed from a variety of videos as are his very personhood saying the very things reported. Are you saying he did not have a rally in Texas last Saturday or are you denying that he gave the shocking speech he delivered last week-end?

Realize that it could be far worse than Trump. We know exactly how he will behave and what he will say on any given topic, he is totally predictable. And he is so polarizing that it will be difficult (but certainly not impossible) to get re-elected. A far more dangerous leader than Trump may be on the horizon.

Cities have been burned, police killed, criminals roam free to commit another crime, stores are being looted, inflation is 7%, highest in 40 years, 100,000 people between 18-48 have died from overdoses because fentanyl is flowing into our open borders, along with thousands of unvetted, unvaccinated people (although citizens are given mandates by the government), pullout of Afghanistan was a debacle with 13 troops killed and citizens still left there, Biden has lied incessantly to the American people.
....this is the President chosen because the media and the liberals deemed him dangerous? Yes, he's dangerous because he isn't afraid to stand up for America, he isn't afraid to tell the truth, not like those in DC like Pelosi, Schumer, Schiff, Nadler and the squad. They are afraid because their agenda to change America into socialist country, while they get rich will be in jeopardy.
The majority of his supporters, are so caught up they cant get out. Having to admit that they were wrong. People have a hard time doing that. Now stirring people up for nationwide protests against the investigations on him. He's not worth all the trouble he causes. More will die from his selfish activities.

You could be right.
Trump and his menacing movement are a direct and immediate threat to our very democracy, though. No one wants to believe that their beloved democracy is in decline or headed toward authoritarianism and political violence--- but we must acknowledge that we do have a very vocal & corrupt former POTUS who has the full support of a major political party in these United States of America. A Republican Party who has been condoning his reprehensible words and actions and now supporting his Big Lie and his very own admission of seditious conspiracy against the US Government. More than alarming in my book.
Perhaps you are correct when you say the GOP could give us a worse figurehead for what they stand for and support, but the Trump threat remains clear and present.
The decay is often so incremental people fail to notice or understand it, even as they are experiencing it, but we are at that cannot turn away moment right now. No more slow warming, it is a full boil and Trump is the flame throwing heat and the GOP is failing to condemn him.
These are treacherous times for the USA. The Trump-GOP, by failing to denounce the former POTUS' menacing anti-democratic movement, show us they believe in Trump's absurdities that are leading to atrocities. They believe in autocratic ruling that is ruination. They believe in violence over voting.
In my book that is plenty bad and dangerous to all Americans, to our Constitutional Republic, and to our very democracy.

But, he was being interviewed about the confessed centrist democrats in congress. Their number has grown to 97. Now if they could just find the ones on the other team, maybe something could get done.
AAAH. But then getting it passed McConnell is another thing.
The partisanship and desire for my team and to hell with your team is beginning to make me think a Northern Ireland is in our future.
The scary part is many would love to see that happen.
Compassion, the ability to see the other side and compromise are not as important as a win for the team.
