Every single week Zelensky is begging countries for aid, it's questionable how all the aid already given doesn't seem to be enough for him?
I don't trust Zelensky.
This morning I read the Biden administration is considering approving a package of $33 billions dollars for Ukraine, which is completely and utterly ridiculous.
I also find it odd that the U.S. is not talking about peace negotiations or encouraging any sort of negotiations between Ukraine and Russia, instead they're very interested in prolonging this war.
Your right to not trust Zelensky and your right to oppose this ridiculous $33b package. This will cause more Ukrainians to die, we are exporting death to them.

Just imagine how [bad word] up in the head one must be to fire missiles against a city that is being visited by the UN secretary-general, to whom one expressed hopes of a diplomatic solution just the day before.
""...We were beaten with rifles, punched, and kicked. They blindfolded me and tied my hands with duct tape. They used Tasers and kept asking for information about the military," Volodymyr said.
"One of the soldiers was very young, almost a child. He used Tasers on people's necks, faces, knees. It's like he was having fun....""
"...In Belarus, they were given an identity document. It says it is issued by the military of the Russian Federation and describes Volodymyr's place of birth as the "Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic". It is how Ukraine was known prior to the breakup of the Soviet Union in 1991, before it became an independent country. It is a sign of Russia's ambitions in the region.
From Belarus, Volodymyr says, they were taken to a prison in Russia.
"The torture continued. They humiliated us, made us kneel and forced us into uncomfortable positions. If we looked into their eyes, we were beaten. If we did something slowly we were beaten. They treated us like animals," he said.
One evening Volodymyr counted 72 other people in detention with him. But he could hear there were more.
"We tried to support each other. Some days we couldn't believe this was all happening. It felt like we had been transported to the 16th Century from the 21st Century," he said...."

I just don't see this ending in Ukraine's 's favor, Russia is too committed now. After hearing Putin's statement yesterday it's clear he is not going to back down because of sanctions or anything else the western countries are trying to do. That means this can only escalate and you are correct more deaths for Ukrainians and Russians.
And I still disagree here about peace negotiations, Ukraine can offer the Donbass region and be done with this tomorrow. It's a mostly ethnic Russian area anyway. If the U.S. and NATO have to admit their strategy failed, it wasn't the first time in a war conflict.

I don't trust Putin or Biden. I wonder how much of that money will go to Biden's friends and relatives.

No. Putin's general said what he wanted. He wants all of southern Ukraine, including Odesa, so they can move on Moldova next.
And Putin's lie about the Donbas being Russian keeps getting repeated----Donbas, while mostly Russian speaking, is 60% Ukrainian ethnically.
I'll put it in caps:
DONBAS IS ETHNICALLY 60% UKRAINIAN.
And right now, most of them hate Russia with a passion. As one article said, when a missile lands in your back yard, all but the most hopeless cases see the light.

This is coming straight from Donbass, from a Ukrainian;
( and yes, the missiles were landing in their back yard for the last 8 years, and during the last election in Ukraine, 500,000 of them were not allowed to even participate in elections ( on the territories still controlled by Kiev.)
But other than that, "most of them hate Russia with a passion" of course.
This is my stand up from a bomb shelter in Kyiv. Sorry for mistakes. I wrote it in a week and my English level is military-intermediate. My goal is to collect donations for Ukrainian army. Here you can see a couple of jokes. Full video is on Youtube, you can find link in my bio.
